General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General These terms apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements made by InduCompWare regarding the sale of industrial hardware and services. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms in full.
2. Offers and Orders All quotations are non-binding unless otherwise stated. An agreement is only formed once InduCompWare provides written confirmation of the order.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping, and import duties unless specified.
Payment is due within [e.g., 14 or 30] days of the invoice date.
InduCompWare reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes in manufacturer costs or exchange rates.
4. Delivery and Risk

5. Warranty and Liability
InduCompWare warrants that products (from brands like UDinfo, Avalue, and Diamond Systems) will meet technical specifications at the time of delivery.
Warranty periods are subject to the original manufacturer’s policy.
InduCompWare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or downtime in industrial environments.
6. Custom Solutions For fully customized configurations, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced, due to the tailored nature of the hardware.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country, e.g., The Netherlands]. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in that jurisdiction.
